Ben Alke

Ben is a Montana native and partner whose practice focuses on commercial litigation. He has represented plaintiffs and defendants in a range of complex disputes involving business and contracts, health care, insurance, employment, land use and constitutional law. Ben has successfully represented clients at trial and on appeal. He attended Northwestern University School and Law and received his undergraduate degree from the University of Notre Dame.
