Ben Baxter

Ben is the Managing Attorney for the Criminal Division of the Weinstein Legal Team’s Orlando office. Born and raised in Florida, Ben has dedicated his career to defending people when they need it most. Before joining Weinstein Legal Team, Ben served as a prosecutor in both Brevard and Palm Beach Counties. In that role, he handled thousands of cases ranging from misdemeanor DUIs and domestic violence matters to serious felonies.
