About Ben
Ben attended the University of South Carolina in Columbia for both his undergraduate and his law degree. His practice areas are workers’ compensation, automobile accidents, and premises liability. Before working at Shelly Leeke Law Firm, he worked at a large insurance defense firm. He understands firsthand what injured workers are up against in pursuing their workers’ compensation cases. Ben has tried numerous cases before the SC Workers’ Compensation Commission and Appellate Panel. He is married to his beautiful wife, Elizabeth and has three kids, John (8), Samantha (5) and Harvey (1). Ben enjoys spending time with his family, golfing, and cheering on the South Carolina Gamecocks!
