Ben Curry

About Ben

Ben Curry (1923-2013) was an attorney admitted to practice in California in 1951. His practice areas included Estate Planning, Real Estate (Property) Law, and Probate. He served as Deputy District Attorney for Merced County from 1955-1960 and Public Defender for Merced County from 1961-1966. He was a member and former President (1966) of the Merced County Bar Association and a member of the State Bar of California's Estate Planning Section. Ben Curry also served as a Lieutenant in the U.S. Army Air Corps from 1942-1945, piloting a B-17 Flying Fortress in the 8th Air Force.
