Ben Shoptaw

Attorney Ben Shoptaw used to be a major felony prosecutor in Marion County, where his job was to make sure the bad guys were locked up. As a defense attorney in private practice, he’s got a new mission-keeping the good guys out of jail. Born and raised in Indiana, Attorney Shoptaw completed his undergraduate studies at Indiana University. Following that, he earned his JD from IU’s Maurer School of Law.
