Benjamin D. Salvina recently obtained a settlement over a National Labor Relations Board (NLRB) complaint filed on behalf of a former employee of Schott Pharma. Attorney Salvina argued that these non-disclosure and non-disparagement agreements were illegal. The NLRB agreed. Citing a February 2023 ruling entitled McLaren v.
