Ben represents people who have been seriously injured and those who have been neglected or abused in nursing homes, hospitals, or other long-term care facilities. Ben is licensed to practice in Wisconsin, Illinois, New Mexico, and Texas. Prior to PKSD, Ben defended catastrophic personal injury and product liability claims across the country.
