About Benjamin
Attorney Benjamin F. Goodwin, Esquire was born, raised, and educated in Southwestern Pennsylvania. He earned two Bachelor of Science Degrees in Economics and Political Science from Saint Vincent College, where he was captain of the nationally recognized mock trial team and later an adjunct professor. He received his law degree from Duquesne University School of Law and was admitted to practice in Pennsylvania, the U.S. District Court of Western Pennsylvania, United States Supreme Court, West Virginia, the U.S. District Court Southern District of West Virginia, and the U.S. District Court Northern District of West Virginia. He founded his practice in Uniontown and later a second office in Carmichaels, focusing on providing high-quality legal representation in a wide array of legal services.
