Benjamin Rabin

Benjamin Rabin was admitted to practice law in NY in 1994. He started his career as a public defender and later worked for Cigna Insurance Company before returning to personal injury law in 1999. He has handled over 2,000 personal injury cases, including wrongful death, paralysis, and loss of limb cases, with trial experience across upstate New York and in the Court of Claims.
