About Benjamin
Benjamin Winters is an attorney at Patterson Legal Group, specializing in personal injury law. He previously worked in civil and commercial litigation and medical malpractice defense for an insurance firm. He graduated from the University of Kansas School of Law, receiving the CALI award for top score in lawyering and the Best Brief in the Herbert Wechsler National Criminal Law Moot Court Competition in 2012. He holds a trial advocacy certificate and has experience in over 10 jury trials and 200 bench trials. He also has bachelor's and master's degrees in vocal performance and performs opera and chamber music. He is an active board member at Opera Kansas and a member of the Wichita Chamber Chorale, and a fan of the Kansas Jayhawks, Sporting KC, and the Chicago Cubs.
