Bennett J. Montzka founded Montzka Legal Services in 1991. He graduated from the University of Minnesota Law School in 1987 and has been practicing law for 38 years. He is licensed in Minnesota, Wisconsin, and various federal courts including the U.S. Supreme Court. His practice areas include Family Law, Estate Planning, Personal Injury, Probate, and Civil Litigation. He is also an active member of the Chisago County community, serving on various boards and task forces.
