About Berk

Berk focuses on making sure he understands what is important to his client and works with them to develop the most effective way to present their case. Over the course of his career, he has had the opportunity to represent clients in bankruptcy courts, FINRA and AAA arbitrations, and before Georgia trial and appellate courts. Litigation can be a stressful time and Berk appreciates the importance of establishing clear communication so that his clients understand what is going on in their case and how that relates to their goals.
