Bernard A. Campbell, Jr. is a graduate of Yale University and the University of Pennsylvania Law School. He was recently awarded the AV preeminent rating which is the highest possible rating in both legal ability and ethical standards by Lexis Nexis/Martindale-Hubbell, a national organization which examines attorneys qualifications and rates them according to standards developed by that organization.
