Bernard Ilkhanoff

Bernard Ilkhanoff graduated from Frostburg State University with a B.A. in Political Science and Spanish. He worked as a Legal Assistant before attending Temple University School of Law. After graduating, he served as an Assistant City Solicitor for Baltimore's Law Department, representing the Baltimore Police Department. In 1999, he co-founded Ilkhanoff & Silverstein, PC.
