Workers' compensation attorney Bernhard Baltaxe graduated with Distinction and Member of the Coif, from University of the Pacific, McGeorge School of Law in 1996. He began his legal career at Downey Brand in Sacramento. There, he practiced civil litigation, contract litigation, and personal injury. In 2000, he relocated to the Bay Area when he accepted a position with Wendel, Rosen, Black & Dean, an Oakland real estate and litigation firm. Mr. Baltaxe opened his own law practice in 2003. He represented injured workers and accident victims from his office in San Francisco.
