About Bethany

With more than a decade of trial experience, Bethany has built a reputation as a preeminent trial lawyer in Georgia and Florida. Bethany has always had a passion for fairness and justice and knew from an early age that she wanted to be a trial lawyer, fighting on behalf of others in the courtroom. She graduated from the University of Georgia with highest honors and the University of Texas at Austin with honors. She was a Senior Associate at King & Spalding LLP. She is a Certified Brain Injury Specialist. She has been consistently named as a Super Lawyers’ Rising Star and selected for the GTLA LEAD program. She has obtained significant verdicts and settlements for her clients, including a $5.5m jury verdict with attorney’s fees of $1.05m and a $1m settlement, totaling a $7m+ recovery, and a $1.05m verdict in a neck surgery car wreck case. In just 5 years, she has obtained $30 million in compensation for her clients.
