Bill Barton is a highly respected plaintiff's litigator with 45 years of experience. He is known for landmark cases, including the first suit against the Boy Scouts of America to go to trial and the first attorney to sue the Vatican for sexual abuse by clergy. He is a published author on psychological injuries and a certified Oregon Trial Courts Judge Pro-Tempore.
