Bill H. "Tex" McKinnon (1946 - 2018) was a graduate of the College of William & Mary’s Marshall-Wythe School of Law with a Masters’ of Law and Taxation. He practiced for over 20 years in juvenile criminal law, child custody, divorce, estate and trust planning, and real estate. He was a member of the Virginia State Bar and the Williamsburg/James City County Bar Association.
