About Bill

Bill Proctor has been working to fight for workers' rights for his entire career. Before becoming a workers' compensation attorney, he worked at Mack Truck in Hagerstown and was involved with the local union. He spent 10 years working for AFSCME as a business agent/union representative. He attended law school while continuing his work for AFSCME. He co-founded Myers & Proctor in 1998, which later became Proctor Law P.A., and then Sarro Proctor Law in 2021. He is now retired but remains available for special counsel.
