About Bill

Bill Winters, co-founder of Winters & Yonker, grew up in the Tampa Bay area and earned both his bachelor's and J.D. from the University of Florida. Initially intending to be a tax attorney, he shifted to personal injury law after experiencing the thrill of litigation. With over 30 years of legal experience, he co-founded Winters & Yonker in 2001 with Marc Yonker to provide personalized representation to accident victims. He is passionate about community involvement, volunteering with the Boys and Girls Club of Tampa and partnering with Metropolitan Ministries during holidays.
