William Boulay IV (Billy) is a law clerk at Meyerkord Law Group and a J.D. candidate (2025) at Southern Illinois University School of Law. He holds a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from the University of Missouri-Columbia (2022). During his undergraduate studies, he was president of Delta Tau Delta Fraternity and served on the Interfraternity Council’s Judicial Board.
