About Blair
Blair A. Bisbey was born in Galveston, Texas, on October 14, 1952. He was admitted to the bar in Texas in 1979 and Louisiana in 1980. He is admitted to practice before the U.S. Court of Appeals, Fifth Circuit, and U.S. District Courts in the Southern and Eastern Districts of Texas and Eastern and Western Districts of Louisiana. He has tried over 180 cases to jury verdicts in state and federal courts in Texas and Louisiana. He is also an instrument-rated, multi-engine pilot with over 2,500 hours of flight experience.
