About Blair

Blair Mathias Thomas is a shareholder in Geoff McDonald & Associates and litigates personal injury and workers’ compensation. She now handles the firm’s dual Personal Injury and Workers’ Compensation cases. After attending law school at the University of Richmond, Blair joined the Virginia State Bar in 2017. Before that, she earned her bachelor’s at Bucknell University (Intl. Affairs, Spanish, ’10); and, later, her master’s degree from Penn State University (Intl. Affairs, ’11). After two years in general practice and corporate defense, Blair made her best move and joined Geoff and his team to represent injured claimants. Blair is licensed to practice in Virginia, and the Eastern District of Virginia in Federal Court. In practice, Blair remains dedicated to public service and continues to advocate on behalf of the underrepresented.
