Blake D. Freeman was born in Corbin, Kentucky on February 8, 1988. Mr. Freeman recieved his business degree from Eastern Kentucky University in 2011, and went on to earn his J.D. from Salmon P. Chase College of Law from Northern Kentucky University in 2015. He was admitted to the Kentucky Bar Association in 2015.
