About Bobby

Bobby Phillips was born and raised in Livingston, Polk County, Texas. After completion of high school Bobby attended and graduated from Sam Houston State University. Subsequently Bobby graduated from Texas Wesleyan University School of Law, now known as Texas A&M School of Law. After many years in the public and private correctional industry Bobby began his law practice in Livingston in 2014. He specializes in Criminal Defense, Wills & Probate, Estate Planning and Business Development.
