About Bonnie
Bonnie Pierce's legal career was inspired by the tragic death of her teenage son in a truck crash in 1993, making her a dedicated victim's advocate and promoter of highway safety. She testified before lawmakers in Washington D.C. on truck safety regulations. She began advocacy work in 1994 with Parents Against Tired Truckers (P.A.T.T.) and now works with the Institute for Safer Trucking (IST). She is licensed to practice law in both NC State Court and Federal Court.
