Brad A. Austin

A native of southwest Virginia, Attorney Brad Austin has been practicing Federal Black Lung law with Wolfe Williams & Austin since 2013. In that time, he has handled thousands of cases before the District Director of the Department of Labor, Office of Administrative Law Judges, Benefits Review Board, United States Courts of Appeals for the 4th, 6th, 9th and 10th Circuits, and before the United States Supreme Court.
