Brad founded McGRATH GIBSON LAW in 2007 with fellow Florida Coastal graduate Michael McGrath when the two merged their respective firms. Brad is the firm’s Senior Partner and serves as Head of Injury Litigation. He manages the offices, and serves as the firm’s liaison with medical and accident reconstruction specialists. He primarily handles severe injury, wrongful death, medical malpractice and nursing home neglect cases.
