About Brad

Brad J. Montag was born in Kimball, Nebraska. He received his bachelor's degree from Midland Lutheran College in 1986 and obtained his juris doctorate from the Creighton University School of Law, Omaha, Nebraska, in 1989. Brad is admitted and has practiced law for 30 years in all Nebraska State Courts and has practiced throughout northeast and north central Nebraska. Brad has experience in several areas of law, including Criminal Defense, Family Law (including Dissolution of Marriage), Personal Injury (automobile accidents), and Workers' Compensation. Brad has been a member of the firm since 1989 and has successfully tried numerous cases to both juries and judges and has further argued in front of the Nebraska Court of Appeals and Nebraska Supreme Court.
