About Bradley
Brad Smith is a Senior Partner with Galfand Berger, LLP, advocating for injured workers, consumers, and victims of negligence. He has recovered over $44 million for clients and is a member of the Million Dollar Advocates Forum and Multi-Million Dollar Advocates Forum. Recognized as a Rising Star by Super Lawyer Magazine every year since 2018, he also serves on the Pennsylvania Bar Association’s Civil Litigation Council and is Editor-in-Chief of its Newsletter. Brad successfully argued an appeal at the Pennsylvania Supreme Court in Bourgeois v. Snow Time, Inc. He has published numerous essays and articles on products liability and workers' rights, and graduated magna cum laude from Gettysburg College, inducted into Phi Beta Kappa.
