About Brandon

Brandon Osterbind, personal injury and disability lawyer and co-founder of Osterbind Law, PLLC, focuses on helping injured and disabled individuals. He graduated first in his class from Liberty University School of Law and serves as a Residential Adjunct Faculty Member there. He clerked for Judge William G. Petty of the Court of Appeals of Virginia and co-founded Osterbind Law in 2017 with his wife, Kelly. He has been recognized as a Rising Star/Super Lawyer by Virginia Super Lawyers Magazine since 2016, among the Top 40 under 40 by the American Association of Legal Advocates, and in the Top 100 Civil Plaintiff’s Lawyers in Virginia by The National Trial Lawyers. He has argued and won twice in the Supreme Court of Virginia.
