About Brandy

Brandy A. Vose, Esq. is an Attorney at Martino Law Group. She obtained her Bachelor of Arts degree from Colby Sawyer College and her Juris Doctor from New England Law, Boston. She has gained considerable experience in her 15+ year legal career and concentrates her practice area in both commercial and residential conveyance. Her residential work includes representing sellers, buyers and various banks on the acquisition and resale of properties. Brandy’s commercial work includes representing hard money and commercial lenders, investors, property redevelopers, ground up developers and wholesalers. She has worked on foreclosed and REO property sales, short sales, assignment contracts, lease to own contracts and has extensive experience in drafting private and institutional loan documentation and advising lenders on all variety of issues associated with private money lending. She has completed thousands of transactions throughout the Commonwealth and prides herself on her ability to respond quickly and creativity in getting deals closed. She is a lifelong resident of the Northshore and is the proud Mom to one child.
