Brendan J. Mullarkey joined the Law Offices of Andrew S. Kasmer, P.C. in August 2023. He previously served as a judicial clerk for a Circuit Court judge in Virginia and worked for nearly nine years at a large insurance company. With experience trying over twenty-five jury trials and numerous bench trials, Mr. Mullarkey now uses his trial skills and knowledge of insurance companies to represent individuals injured by the fault of others. He is dedicated to ensuring his clients receive full compensation and zealously represents them in personal injury matters, especially when settlement negotiations are slow or fail. He was admitted to practice law in Virginia in 2012.
