About Brent

Brent Berben previously served as an Assistant State Attorney in Leon County for two years, prosecuting over 20 jury trials across a range of cases from DUIs to serious felonies. He also worked as a domestic violence prosecutor. Prior to this, he clerked at a personal injury firm. He earned his Bachelor’s degree in Criminology from the University of Florida and his J.D. from Florida State University College of Law, where he received a Book Award in Florida Civil Practice and a distinguished pro bono service award in 2022.
