Mr. Baker represents creditors in both state and federal courts with regard to consumer and commercial collections and creditor’s interests in bankruptcy proceedings. Mr. Baker also represents employers before the Ohio Industrial Commission with regard to workers’ compensation claims and the litigation of such claims in state courts after the conclusion of the administrative process.
