Brent Olson focuses his practice on probate/estate administration, estate planning, real estate (including minerals, oil, and gas), and business/corporate organization and planning. He obtained his law degree in 1999 and is admitted to practice before the North Dakota Supreme Court, the U.S. District Court for the District of North Dakota, the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Eighth Circuit, and the U.S. Court of Federal Claims.
