Bret C. Merkle

About Bret

Bret Merkle has over 30 years of experience specializing in civil litigation of bodily injury cases. He graduated from the University of South Dakota with a Juris Doctorate (JD Law) and a Master of Business Administration (MBA). He also taught as a staff instructor at the prestigious Trial Lawyers College from 2001 to 2004. Bret is a member of the South Dakota Trial Lawyers Association, the South Dakota Bar Association, and the American Bar Association. As an injury survivor himself, he is passionate about helping injured clients.
