About Brett

Brett C. Anderson is a founding partner of Anderson & Rogers, representing clients throughout the State of Utah for over 25 years. He holds a business degree from the University of Utah and a law degree from Oregon. He is a member of the Utah, Wyoming, and Idaho State Bars, and was a former adjunct professor of Criminal Law and Procedure. Prior to co-founding the firm, he served as a prosecutor for several Utah cities. Mr. Anderson has successfully tried hundreds of cases and is known for aggressively seeking justice for his clients, having argued cases in most Utah courts, including the Utah Court of Appeals. He speaks Japanese.
