Brett received his law degree from the University of Tulsa in 1994 and was admitted to the Missouri Bar that same year. He is a former Newton County Assistant Prosecuting Attorney. Brett has spent the majority of his legal career handling criminal law cases, ranging from city ordinance violations and traffic tickets to various misdemeanors and felonies. Brett primarily practices in Newton County and McDonald County.
