Brett Burmeister practices in civil litigation with a focus on serious personal injury and wrongful death matters. He also represents clients in business litigation and business planning. He is a licensed real estate broker in both Missouri and Kansas. He recovered $3.5 million for a client in a vehicular collision in 2021, secured a $5 million recovery in a wrongful death case in 2017, and obtained multiple settlements in excess of $4 million in high-speed police pursuits. He argued and won a case in the Supreme Court of Missouri in 2013. He graduated summa cum laude from the University of Missouri at Kansas City School of Law.
