About Brian
Brian is an experienced attorney and seasoned litigator. He has almost 20 years of experience working in a variety of roles in the legal field. Brian has served private clients, businesses, and the public as a dedicated counselor of law. Brian is experienced in many areas of law: Civil Litigation, Criminal Defense, Corporate Law, Bankruptcy, Real Estate, Probate. Brian served as the City Attorney in addition to helping his clients in any way that he could. Brian got his undergraduate degree in History from Western Kentucky University, graduating as a member of Phi Alpha Theta. He went on to obtain his law degree from Hamline University in St. Paul, Minnesota. Brian is married with teenage twins. Prior to joining our firm Brian operated a branch of a law firm in a small town in Wright County. In that role Brian served as the City Attorney in addition to helping his clients in any way that he could.
