Brian B Horan

Brian B. Horan has been a Bergen County resident for several years after living in Hoboken, New Jersey. Mr. Horan graduated from Indiana University, where he received a B.A. degree in Political Science in 1996, and earned a J.D. from Seton Hall Law School in 2000.
