Ann Arbor Attorney Brian Montoye is licensed to practice law in Michigan in all state and federal courts. Before forming his own firm, Mr. Montoye practiced at Simon & Geherin, PLLC and Fink & Valvo, PLLC in Ann Arbor. He has successfully litigated hundreds of cases in courts throughout Southeastern Michigan, mostly in matters of criminal defense. He also has significant experience in landlord-tenant law and other civil matters. He has defended clients as part of the Washtenaw County Public Defender Clinic and represented elder law clients on a variety of matters through the Sixty-Plus Elder Law clinic in Lansing, MI.
