About Brian

Brian received his J.D. from Western State University College where he graduated in 2005 with scholastic honors, ranked fifth in his class. He received his Bachelor’s Degree in General Studies from the University of Nevada Reno, in 2002. Prior to joining Shlesinger & deVilleneuve Attorneys, P.C, Brian worked for two years as a law-clerk for a national insurance company representing workers’ compensation employers. This experience provided him with the motivation and tools he would later use to fight these same companies on behalf of the injured worker. Brian’s current practice is focused on assisting Oregon injured workers and includes wage loss, all types of work-related injuries, vocational rehabilitation, insurance company denials and settlement of both disputed and accepted claims. Brian currently is the managing attorney for the firm’s workers’ compensation department. Brian has assisted thousands of injured Oregon workers over the years with successful settlements in the Millions of dollars for his clients. In addition to assisting injured workers, Brian also specializes in third-party workers’ compensation claims, personal injury claims and both SSD and SSI Social Security Disability claims.
