About Brian

Brian graduated from Baylor University School of Law in 1981 after receiving his Bachelor of Arts from Baylor in 1979. In 2011 he earned a Master of Laws in Elder Law from Stetson College of Law. He has been AV-rated by Martindale Hubbell his entire career and has been rated AV Preeminent since 2007. Before joining Gilbert Mediation Group in 2024, his career included 21 years at Touchstone Bernays and 21 years running his own firm, representing injured individuals.
