Brian focuses his practice on representing privately held businesses and their owners in virtually all industries. He works with them on matters including formation and succession planning, mergers and acquisitions, contracts, real estate, land use and zoning, and intellectual property. He also is experienced in estate planning, including wills, trusts, and 'reverse' estate planning. He was elected to serve a third term as Chief Financial Officer and Executive Vice-President of BHMK.
