Brian L. Brian joined The Rothenberg Law Firm Accident and Injury Lawyers with over 30 years of trial experience and over a decade of litigation and jury trial expertise in obtaining successful results for people who suffered injuries due to nursing home neglect and abuse. He was lead trial attorney in the seminal case confirming corporate negligence and punitive damages in nursing home cases in Pennsylvania. Prior to joining The Rothenberg Law Firm Accident and Injury Lawyers, Brian worked as a trial attorney in several different venues including the Philadelphia District Attorney’s Office where he served in the Homicide Unit, the Fraternal Order of Police for members’ civil and criminal matters, and law firms litigating serious personal injury cases.
