About Brian
Brian Close represents clients in personal injury, criminal defense, appeals, and general civil litigation. At trial, Brian is exceptionally skilled in effective cross-examination and persuasive oral argument, as well as in the technical aspects of evidence and trial practice necessary to properly present testimony and exhibits in support of his client’s position. When it comes to helping clients who have been injured in serious accidents, Brian has advocated and fought for justice. He recognizes that his injured clients, through no fault of their own, have been thrust into very painful and difficult situations, and he ensures that they are always informed and comfortable about the next steps. He has successfully recovered over a million dollars in civil settlements on behalf of his personal injury clients. He has conducted numerous criminal jury trials for clients, both felony and misdemeanor, many of whom had never been in the court system before. Brian works closely with his clients to ensure they exhaustively explore all avenues of factual and legal defense. Brian has practiced appellate law for many years, and has brought numerous Colorado appeals, both civil and criminal. His appeals combine persuasive written advocacy with strong oral argument. Brian is highly skilled in civil practice regarding a variety of disputes. He has helped his clients prevail in cases of all types and sizes, including those where millions of dollars are at stake.
