Brian P. Riley has been representing injured workers in Maryland and Washington, D.C. workers’ compensation claims since 2003. He served as the co-chairperson of the workers’ compensation section of the Montgomery County Bar Association from September of 2009 through May of 2010. He has appeared at hundreds of Maryland Workers’ Compensation Commission hearings and multiple Informal Conferences with the Washington, D.C.
