Brian Pistotnik was born and raised in Wichita, Kansas. He attended Wichita State University and the University of Oklahoma, earning a Bachelor of Science in Petroleum Engineering. He received his Juris Doctor from the University of Kansas School of Law in 1987. He has practiced personal injury law in Wichita since 1987, successfully handling hundreds of cases annually.
